• Subject matter expert for an AT&T “Mission Critical” customer care & billing application, “BOSS”, which
processes 750,000 online transactions daily.
• Officially listed as the primary contact point for the BOSS system in the AT&T Intranet Application
Directory.
• Provide and coordinate time & cost estimates for all BOSS impacted projects.
• Participate in writing business requirements, and produce all functional specifications and high level design
documents for the BOSS system.

over twenty-seven million outdated DB2 rows were deleted.

lead a project to delete over two million records from an IMS database.
