. Maintain and develop various financial models and standard
templates distributed for use by the Financial Education department
during the planning processes, ensuring quality, accuracy, and
focused analytic review. Demonstrate appropriate
understanding/working knowledge of money management and accounting
principles as they are applied by employees and clients. Understand
and facilitate the integration of business processes, people and
relevant technology, to identify, configure, and communicate useful
information to provide practical business leadership to drive

retirement, housing foreclosure, and crisis budgeting. Refer to
appropriate community volunteers with associated expertise. Provide
intensive specialized services for clients who have more serious
credit repair issues or looming home foreclosure by obtaining and
reviewing credit reports, negotiating with creditors and referring
to resources.

Prepare documentation and files for audit compliance with HUD
(United States Housing and Urban Development) and MSHDA (Michigan
State Housing Development Authority). Negotiate workout plans with
loan servicers for qualified clients. Prepare client files for
submission according to industry standards. Maintain case records
as required. Schedule individual sessions with clients as needed
to address specific issues regarding financial/credit management.
