with 5 years of industry experience implementing systems in C and assembly

Work Experience:

2005 - Present: Alliance Laundry Systems, Ripon, WI

Product Engineer

Lead Engineer for custom VFD drives development with an

annual savings of $1 million.

Create and implement project design and test schedules, and

write all interface firmware in C.

Manage internal design and test engineers and maintain

necessary correspondence with overseas suppliers.

Electrical/Electronics Design Engineer

Implement embedded firmware in C and Assembly, utilizing

pulse width modulation, IR, SCI, and SPI communications on

million of electronic control production from Spain to

Mexico.

a Twin Tub Washer Extractor control creating an annual cost

savings of $100,000.

Designed and implemented a control to meet new DOE standards

for water usage in Top Load Washers giving the ability to

continue selling current designs impacting 11,000 units

annually.

Software Engineer

. Managed software development of projects to interface with

custom controls for prison and jail facility management

systems.

. Designed and developed the Visual Graphical User Interface

(VGUI) using WonderWare, a Human Machine Interface (HMI),

Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) automation

software package.

. Programmed hardware control using Concept PLC software.

. Implemented databases specific to each customer using

WonderWare and SQL to log all alarm events for use in data

tracking and as court evidence if necessary.

. Integrated to Closed Circuit Television systems for viewing

and recording video, data tracking and court evidence if
