The Document Contol department ensures that legal documents needed for the

foreclosure process before the dtae of sale of the property are ordered on

time, revised, if any corrections need to be made and uploaded into the

client system so that the client may execute the documents, once the

doucments are received back in office, document control makes sure the

dcuments are sent out to the correct title companies to be recorded by the

county.

and efficient manner. Assists the supervisor when needed, replies to

emails and/or phone calls from clients or title companies, revises

complicated errors on files, helps in training new hires, writes out

procedures for department staff, answers any questions fellow co-qorkers

In charge of files from 10+ Banks. Creating title chains, ordering,

drafting and revising documents needed to continue with the foreclosure

process. Follows up with clients and title companies regarding the

execution of the documents and/or recording at the county.

Recently passed the State of California notary exam, commission will be

valid for 4 years.
