. Oversee and manage all construction activities including

ground up construction, tenant interiors, remodels,

exceeding client and company expectations.

. Direct staff of project managers, field superintendents,

interior designers, interns, sales & marketing, and

other staff.

. Assure that internal controls are in place at each step

of the process. Inspect and evaluate work in place,

work in progress, site safety, and project close-out and

maintain strong working relationships among clients,

subcontractors, vendors, and other industry

professionals.

. Coordinate marketing and sales efforts to ensure

efficient and profitable company objectives.

. Collaborate with outside legal counsel to manage the

organization's legal and compliance needs, and

proactively identify and resolve potential legal issues,

while minimizing counsel's fees.
