Internal Operations Manager
Anheuser-Busch wholesaler with sales of over 3 million cases annually. Originally hired as
management liaison to build trust, resolve conflicts and renew positive lines of communication
between management and union employees after contentious contract negotiations. Currently
designated as Internal Operations Manager with direct oversight of beer and N/A product delivery
process including coordination and assignment of available transit assets on a daily and weekly basis.
Responsible for coordination and oversight of brewery delivery of bulk product to facility and
associated paperwork. Responsible for direct oversight and management of forty union
driver/salesman including hiring, scheduling and discipline. Familiar with Anheuser-Busch Damaged

Elected Official, Kane County Board of Commissioners (1996-2010)
Founder and Chairman of Kane County Health Insurance Review Committee responsible for critical
analysis of Kane County health insurance plans including consultant/broker selection, negotiation of
annual premiums, consensus building, implementation of plan design changes and coordination of all
communication phases of open enrollment period to 1500 employees. Point of contact for all press
seeking official information on changes and overall cost of insurance plan. Fostered and maintained
favorable working relationships as liaison between elected officials, union heads and rank and file
employees throughout entire insurance review process. Ultimately responsible for comprehensive
public explanation of new insurance plan to full county board leading up to vote to officially proceed
with proposed changes. Achieved working consensus throughout entire organization to move forward.
Responsible for leading quarterly broker updates to discuss issues such as day to day administration of
claims, process improvements, complaint resolution and ongoing communication of overall benefit
program to employees. Liaison between Board Chairman, Department Heads and broker/consultant to
