EWSD technology along with Nokia Siemens DC0 switches.

Duties include ISDN trouble shooting along with switch maintenance and repair. Directs field

forces on maintenance issues that include using Siemens documentation and procedures.

Works as part of a team to develop and maintain the intra company ISO 9000 website for the

Siemens center. This task included organizing and creating a website with technical

documentation.

Prior to this center becoming switch technology specific I was trained in surveillance and

maintenance of A.T. & T 5E, Northern Telcom, Dms 100 and A.T.&T. analog 1A switch.
