Responsible for transcription of medical records: final reports, satellite interpretations, doctors’ correspondence and
special projects for the physicians, Operations Director or Office Manger. Maintain transcription log and database with
patient information. Copy, send and re-chart transcription, type letters to patient’s referring physician regarding
cancellations, reschedules or missed sleep studies and appointments. Fax and/or mail final or updated reports to
doctors’ outside the office. Assist billing office with coding inpatient and outpatient physician/patient encounters directly
