Planning office and staff, increasing the office from one employee to a

staff of eight full-time employees.

. Developed the first 5-year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) as a policy

guide to implement goals and objectives.

. Achievements by the authority under my tenure:

o During tenure as manager, the NSTMA issued over 750 tap permits.

o Oversaw the construction of two sewage treatment plants (140 GPD &

70 GPD).

o Conducted seven trenchless pipe and grouting projects (each over

$500k) reducing I&I by 50% at a 1 MGP pump station.

o Negotiated with DEP to have previous tap ban lifted during the

first three months in 1998.

o Invested Capital Projects funds at no less than 6.0% per annum.

o Upgraded all computer hardware and software as well as billing

program.

o Developed developers checklist to streamline the development

process.

o Project management for various small scale sanitary sewer projects.
