As a senior executive experienced in all aspects of corporate management, I
have overseen day-to-day operations for a number of corporations and worked
with clients in a variety of industries. Adept at problem-solving,
budgeting and cost control, I have negotiated multi-million dollar deals,
reduced expenses and driven revenue growth.
My experience includes the development and implementation of regional and
national sales programs and the deployment of winning teams that
significantly increased market share. Savvy to the need for technological
advancements, I incorporated IT applications to streamline efficiencies. My
additional key strengths include:
o Ensuring lean operations to meet and exceed company goals.
o Managing client relations and delivering exceptional customer service.
o Implementing policies and procedures to increase productivity.
o Solving complex problems to avert crisis situations.
I hold a PsyD from The California School of Professional Psychology, an MBA
from Pace University and a BA in Finance from Hofstra University. I am a
Certified Business Broker (CBB) and hold my California Real Estate Brokers
License. I have entrepreneurial tendencies and work well with people at all
levels.
Selected Accomplishments
Saved sale through successful negotiations. Empire Business Solutions buyer
cancelled purchase of business after due diligence revealed seller made
less money than claimed with higher outstanding debt. Convinced seller to
pay off debt and reduce selling price. Negotiated new purchase agreement
with buyer to achieve win-win outcome.
Implemented IT systems to attain cutting edge. In order to provide superior
service and better compete, Empire Business Solutions needed to go virtual.
Researched IT applications and implemented numerous technological changes.
Moved to forefront of the industry by providing excellent and timely
customer services.
Designed and instituted sales training program. Liberty Fitness lacked a
training program for area developers selling franchises. Developed and
implemented complete training program, including curriculum. Improved
training procedures, significantly expanding area developer's knowledge and
understanding of franchise sales process.
Turned around floundering company. Liberty Fitness was burdened by a multi-
million dollar obligation to its main vendor, the major obstacle preventing
sale of company. Negotiated with vendor securing release of company
obligation, allowing for company to restructure, and facilitated
acquisition of company by investor group.
Led innovative marketing campaign to secure contracts. Staff America, a
merchandising company, was competing against larger competitors for major
Lowe's contract and needed competitive edge. Developed creative strategy
that gave added value to Lowe's vendor customers. Impressed Lowe's,
procuring multiple future contracts.
