Corporate Communications Group to create and maintain a

Employees then had the ability to choose which edition to choose
as their default, and easily view other editions as well.
o Author-It Implementation. This third-party application was
customized and integrated with the intranet platform to allow
content authors to create content and using a re-useable topic
based authoring concepts.
o Lead project kickoff sessions and JAD sessions with various team
leads and business stakeholders.
. Responsible for establishing the project scopes and timelines,

o What's Happening Calendar. A custom application created for the
Retail Store Operations Group. This application allowed back
office users to communicate to various retail store locations
about corporate impacts and requests specific to certain
geographic locations. The application included a custom workflow
engine for processing and approving requests, and a request
management queue, and a calendar view with filtering options.
o Find a Location Web Part. A custom web part created to be used
by any user of the intranet. This web part could be placed on
any web page, and configured to display the details of retail
store locations for any given geographic area.
o Credit Card Conversion Dashboard. A custom web dashboard created
to monitor the phased credit card conversion from Visa Debit
Cards to MasterCard Debit Cards. This dashboard allowed for
customized views and reports to track and monitor the progress
of the conversion.
. Collaborated with both business and technology partners to translate
business requests into concise business requirements that drove the
functional requirements and design.
