* Create / build project schedules from drawings; schedule subs,

supervise and verify subcontractors work, Maintain all project

paper work from daily reports to R.F.I'S

* Lead in weekly tool box meetings

* Offer crews clear, concise directions, leading by example with

motivation, accountability on the company's self perform concrete

and metal buildings crews.

Project Highlights:

* Cave Creek and 101 Self Storage,

10-acre site with two building One single-story Retail facility

(16,800 sq. ft.) and one 3-story climate-controlled storage (31,800

sq. ft. per floor) - both buildings were 14 gage metal framing

structures. I Finished project 3 weeks ahead of schedule and on

budget.

* Copper Mountain Storage Facility,

10-acre site with a total of 10 buildings erected simultaneously,

with an extensive site preparation. Buildings ranging in size

from 7,000 to 136,000 sq. ft.; 2 climate-controlled all were 14

gage steel and masonry construction.

I Finished the

project a month and a half early with a savings of $700,000.
