Major Projects:
Project 1: TACO – Product Development
W orked on Start to end product development of machine called ‘Centrifuge - Decanter’. Includes Market
survey, product specification decision, developing all subsystems and releasing for manufacturing.
Project 1: TACO – Benchmarking Domain
W orked on visual benchmarking Analysis and Value analysis of IP system for Class 1 (sub-compact) car.
Activities done - study of Physical Samples, Recorded Data, Output like BOM, comparison Reports,
VA/VE suggestions.
Project 2: TACO – Reverse engineering
Complete Reverse Engineering of Four Stroke Gasoline Engine (199.29 cc). Activities include
dismantling, scanning, measurement, fixing dimensions by tolerance stack-up analysis, modeling and
manufacturing drawing preparation.
Project 3: TACO – Teardown Domain
W orked on Teardown Analysis for Data collection and Value analysis of braking system for Class 1 (sub-
compact) car. Activities done - dismantling of brake system from Vehicle, study of Physical Samples,
Component/System Teardown, Recorded Data, and Reassembly. Output like BOM, Reports, VA/VE
suggestions.
Project 4: General Motors – Chassis Powertrain Domain
Dimensional analysis with temperature (thermal) variation study for designing Two -step Rocker arm and
Camshaft assembly to package in Cylinder Head.
Project 5: General Motors – Chassis Powertrain Domain
Design modification of Camcover to accommodate Vacuum pump in Cylinder Head Assembly using UG &
tolerance stack-up analysis.
Project 6: General Motors – Chassis Powertrain Domain
Concept design of Turbocharger–Heat shield cover: Designed 1.5 thick heat shield cover to protect
surrounding components from heat for Twin-Turbo V6 Gasoline engine.
Project 7: General Motors – Chassis Powertrain Domain
Clearance analysis to calculate minimum running clearance between: exhaust-valve and piston, intake-
valve and piston, spark-plug and piston.
Project 9: Caterpillar – Chassis Powertrain Domain
Created Group drawings by working on large engine assemblies. Includes creation of new group drawings
for functionality & feasibility purpose. Fastener GP, Engine Inlet & Exhaust GP, Valve GP, Lines GP (oil,
water, diesel), etc.
Project 10: TAL Manufacturing Solutions – CNC Machine Domain
W orked on ‘CNC SPM For Drilling & Tapping FA Beam’ for machine layout, Fixture Assembly, weldments,
tools assembly.
