Project Architect on lifestyle center on 84 acre site. Managing and

leading project team in preparing construction documentation on several

commercial retail buildings. Coordinated with Engineering Consultants and

Con Edison. Represented client' interests during construction

administration phase and worked with local Building Officials for code

review.

Building J is a 68,000 sq. ft. retail space for grocery tenant;

Building G is a 70,000 sq. ft. 2 story multi-retail tenant structure;

. Port Authority Bus Terminal, NY, NY

Prepared Occupancy and Egress study of the Port Authority Bus Terminal.

Evaluated the existing terminals egress components to determine if the

New York City Building Code and NFPA 13 requirements are met. Provided

recommendations to improve egress flow.

. Rinat Yisrael Synagogue, Teaneck, NJ

Project Architect for expansion to existing Synagogue. Evaluated program

needs, provided design and prepared construction documents and

coordinated with consultants.
