Professional Responsibilities
. Coordinated Developers activities in the development of sites
across a wide geographic area doing field surveys.
. Prepared real estate site plans and due diligence reports,
architectural and civil plans, for a real estate selection
committee. Coordinated all designs issues to ensure corporate
design goals are achieved.
. Managed the site plan approval and permit acquisition process after
the site plan approval from committee to the start of construction.
. Managed Developer Project Manager and General Contractor's PM's to
ensure the companies design imperatives and construction time lines
are achieved to finish the project on time and in budget. So that
operational goals can be achieved.
. Coordinated store completion with Operations and Store Fixturing
groups to move the store to full operation and opening with no
permit or licensing issues.
. Manage the facility for the first 90 days until transferred to the
Facilities Group.
. Manage major remodel initiatives as directed by the company, in
regions in and outside normal group territories.
. Maintain communication to all stakeholders (architects, engineers,
consultants, vendors and client groups) of each project in such a
way that these stakeholders are knowledgeable to the issues that
are of concern to each of these stakeholder groups from project
birth to project completion.

. Manage a formal bid selection and bid process to ensure that the
process is fair and that the ultimate outcome is the lowest price
for the project.
. Perform contract administration, along with day-to-day project

. Managed the selection and construction of 25+ new sites in the Florida
market for CVS.
. Managed 3 Fee for Service Developers, in site selection for sites in
Florida over 3 years, within budget and time lines, giving back
additional sales weeks on nearly all store completions for additional
company revenue to the CVS bottom line.
. Managed the assigned store acquisition projects within the company's
specific goals and time parameters (Long's Drug acquisition in CA.).
. Maintained a 99% customer satisfaction rating over the past three
years as rated by the CVS Operations customer.
. Completed numerous new retail banks with the highest of customer
satisfaction.
. Worked with a team to develop the new Wells Fargo prototype for the
Texas market and built the first 3 new prototype stores, reducing
Wells Fargo's overall development costs by 10%.
. Worked with new building products early on to define what Green
building would be for Wells Fargo in Texas.
. Managed the re-stacking and space construction for numerous Bank
operation groups in Wells Fargo's main business location in downtown
Dallas.
. Worked on the design and construction of two call centers for Wells
Fargo and two call centers for a Developer, assembling the design and
IT groups to integrate all needs and build with in the aggressive time
frame needs for all Operational groups with in the budget developed.
. Upgraded petroleum installations for more than 1000 locations for 7-11
in the western US and Texas to meet government requirements before
deadline and fines could be imposed.
. Achieved a 15% drop in petroleum installation expenses, increasing gas
profits by 12%, and provided a solid influence on 7-11 store and
petroleum installation design and equipment.
. Consistently ranked in the top 10% of project managers throughout the
Mobil Oil Corporation, winning awards three out of four years they
were offered.
. I was the youngest command pilot in my squadron on my last deployment
which went to Beirut in 1983-84. Went on the Pensacola as a Flight
Instructor for the US Navy.
