This position was responsible for the development of several agricultural

tracts (200 acres into fully entitled residential subdivisions. This

included representing Ownership at all public hearings, obtaining all

zoning related entitlements, assisting in litigation preparation and

directing the design and engineering teams in order to maximize density and

minimize development costs.

Senior Estimator / Manager for Design / Build Services

This position was responsible for preconstruction activities, estimating

and general management of all Design / Build projects including pre-

construction and construction related activities for Barry University's

major facilities expansion program. Projects completed for Barry University

included the student union/student services complex (72,000 s.f.), two

student dormitories (350 beds), a multi-story classroom building (12,000

s.f.) and interior renovations to the health and sports center. Acted as

Property Manager for completed facilities until the expiration of the

master design / build contract and acceptance of all work by Barry

University. This general contractor dealt in public and private sector

projects up to $65,000,000.

Danville - Findorf, Inc. Coral Gables, FL 1993 -

1996

Senior Manager for Design-Build Services

This position was responsible for all estimating, design and construction

related activities related to a multiple re-use elementary school prototype

for the School Board of Broward County Florida. This contract was for a

maximum design reuse of eight (8) facilities with a total contract value of

$80,000,000. This general contractor dealt in public and private sector

projects up to $25,000,000.
