minimize development costs.

Senior Estimator / Manager for Design / Build Services
This position was responsible for preconstruction activities, estimating
and general management of all Design / Build projects including pre-
construction and construction related activities for Barry University's
major facilities expansion program. Projects completed for Barry University
included the student union/student services complex (72,000 s.f.), two
student dormitories (350 beds), a multi-story classroom building (12,000
s.f.) and interior renovations to the health and sports center. Acted as
Property Manager for completed facilities until the expiration of the
master design / build contract and acceptance of all work by Barry
University. This general contractor dealt in public and private sector
projects up to $65,000,000.

This position was responsible for all estimating, design and construction
related activities related to a multiple re-use elementary school prototype
for the School Board of Broward County Florida. This contract was for a
maximum design reuse of eight (8) facilities with a total contract value of
$80,000,000. This general contractor dealt in public and private sector
projects up to $25,000,000.
