WHERE statements to filter row (account) results according to specific

tables and pivot charts in Excel to group accounts by rate plans, so

- Corrected invoice errors (~3 changes daily), then archived corrected

accounts

- Reviewed invoices for a strict PDF format

- Created and updated rate plans and features by using INSERT INTO and

UPDATE statements

- Learned to use point of sale software to add and update the following:

warehouses, cash registers/drawers, accessories, and equipment
