Conducted and communicated technical knowledge transfers for product qualification of cell phone products to a Motorola
EMS partner located in Mexico. Held ownership for formal factory product release authorization.
• Requested to liaise with Asian ODM&Motorola firms, planning the transfer of new products for assembly lines
qualifying over 25 new cellular phone products for the Motorola EMS partner within the 2008 Mexico market.
• Controlled complete projects, coordinated with EMS Team all activities and major milestones, resolved issues,
approved Engineering changes, ensured Test, Process, Customer Program Integration and communicated weekly
status to all internal and external Global stakeholders resulting in meeting established goals and objectives.

Test Equip. Engineer to Lead Engineer, (1993 to 2007)
Lead Test Engineer involved with transfer and onsite setup of GSM&CDMA cellular manufacturing technology to various
Asian Original Design Manufacturer and joint venture partners of Motorola.
• Successfully implemented on time, Motorola’s first international China installation of Cellular ATE equipment,
resulting in a highly profitable cellular manufacturing facility generating high revenue streams for Motorola.
• Administered the purchase of test equipment, conducted hiring and supervising of techs, managed construction
of test bays, provided S/W & H/W debug, coordinated shipping, trained foreign personnel, performed on-site
setup through pilot run culminating with production startup and validation of new radio cellular product
introductions on time to meet scheduled Motorola customer market demands.
• Managed extranet website for Motorola products and technical information allowing third party manufacturer to
expedite and implement new product introductions into assembly lines improving setups to a one week process.
• Developed and collaborated with Korean factory team improving onsite technical expertise to significantly reduce
product scrap by 85% resulting in increased monthly product shipments and material cost reductions.
• Resolved a capital expenditure conflict by revamping older assembly lines for a South Korean ODM partner resulting in
a quicker and more successful manufacturing startup with reduced capital costs to both companies.

robotic system shutdown thus preventing assembly line shutdowns resulting in significant cost savings.

Collaborated with a team of engineers during the design and development of diagnostic test programs and hardware for a
complex avionics system using Automatic Test Equipment for a leading aerospace defense firm.
• Designed the test link cabling system for the B2 aircraft engine start thrust test cart allowing the further system
integration of the B2 aircraft test systems.
• Chosen to design, develop, and integrate a diagnostic test program for a switch mode power supply,
subsequently utilized by the US Air Force for the F-15E fighter aircraft. Held secret security clearance.

Developed digital test programs for a large diversified defense and commercial aerospace corporation.
• Generated verification and validation programs for a Step Motor Controller circuit card and a Video Frame Store A/D
circuit card which required learning LASAR, a digital modeling test language, resulting in further system qualification
for Martin Marietta's Optical and Infrared Automated test station.

Test Systems Software Engineer
Created software programs, integrated test programs and circuit cards for the Test Systems Engineering department of a
leading defense contractor. Test SW Programs used by the US Air Force. Secret security clearance.
• Wrote test requirements documents and designed the hardware interface circuitry test plan to verify the validity of a
power supply interface test adapter which required the quick learning and application of ATLAS, an IEEE DoD test
language.
• Designed a 1553B protocol data communication and a digital crosspoint circuit card for a complex VME based
remote transceiver under high program management visibility six weeks prior to the customer design
presentation, resulting in approval of future contract funding.
