2006 -2010 Personnel Manager - US ARMY RESERVE - Medical Command
Assist with inquiries from AR Medical Officers regarding APMC attachment
or assignments. Maintain Physician records and process actions according to
appropriate regulations to ensure APMC complies with peacetime contingency,
and war- requirements. Provide timely professional management and
administrative services. Coordinate actions as necessary, to enhance
efficiency, accuracy, and proper handling. Also assist AMEDD Recruiters to
help ensure that all required forms are completed. Prepares request for
conditional releases for applicants that are in other military branches.
2005-2006 Credentialing Specialist - US ARMY RESERVE - Medial Command
Process Military Reserve Practitioner Files for credential and re-
credentialing to include verification of biographical information for all
applicants, professional liability coverage, DEA Certificate, hospital
affiliations, and all other primary source verification required by JCAHO
and other regulatory agencies. Comply with annual update requirements
related to maintaining current license, DEA and malpractice coverage.
2004-2005 Medical Billing & Coding Supervisor - EAGLE GROUP INT
Responsibilities included the over seeing of all medical record files
ensuring that all data was accurately and efficiently gathered for all
inpatient records. Assigned the appropriate codes to patient discharges and
abstract health information while staying in compliance with JCAHO, & HIPAA

existing procedures and policies.

Responsibilities included maintaining and establishing medical record
files ensuring that all information was gathered properly. Conducted
