Talent Acquisition Leader
1. Founder of a centralized Talent Acquisition function and developed a team of
professionals made up of full time employees, contractor and vendors which seamlessly
worked together to support company strategy while meeting the needs of our business
partners and exceeded all goals and expectations in measurable such as time to fill, (2
week average time to fill in FY 10 for pharmacist), retention, (short term drop out of less
than 1%) on boarding expense, and improved store performance and customer
satisfaction
2. Created an in house Pharmacy recruiting strategy. In house Pharmacy recruiting cut
agency fees from 800K to 23K over three years. Also reduced the need and expense for
temp and PRN labor
3. Developed a centralized sourcing and hiring program to hire retail leaders for 516 stores
in five states. This process greatly improved candidate experience where all 675 of 680
candidate s in four years reported a positive experience with a desire for an opportunity.
This program resulted in over 250 hires with double the industry average in long term
retention.
4. Built strategic relationships with universities, lectured and provided additional speakers
for university classes. Initiated relationship with the University of Florida, School of
Business, Center for Retail Research and Education from partner to Board Member with
the largest sanctioned business student internship program in the center
5. Founded an internship program to support company strategy, with a current 75%
conversion rate. Student projects from this program have resulted in company saving of
