Duties include: working in a darkroom environment, inspecting samples cut
from emulsion coated paper, mixing chemicals using a respirator, developing
photo samples and inspecting for any inconsistencies in color, performing
minor repairs to the developing and coating machines, plotting statistical
control changes of the coating process from one lot sample to another, work
with PLCs to maneuver the skids through the line, also use PLCs to open and
close the chemical emulsion valves, training actively in the Mechanical and
the Technical Engineering Departments.

Duties included: repairing Televisions to the component level, training new
technicians and line personnel, testing all functions of the televisions at
the Final Inspection line, reworked any engineering faults, worked with
design engineers to produce the intended output of color and sound for the
televisions, potted data for the statistical changes, worked with PLCs to
maneuver the televisions through the line more efficiently, started a new
department for the technicians to retrieve parts from damaged televisions
thereby saving the company money so that they would not have to pay the
extra ordering all new parts.
