MercuryMD, acquired by Thomson Corp. May 2006, is a healthcare
enterprise software and medical device company that provides providers
with mobile and desktop hospital enterprise solutions to improve
clinical workflows and operational efficiencies.
Established and managed the initial start-up and ongoing organizational
infrastructure and strategies to successfully mass market and sell mobile
enterprise software solutions to "C" level executives within the complex
hospital healthcare market. Secured the company's market leadership
position and continued viability through targeted marketing, consultative
sales, pragmatic product management and value add partnerships.
. Identified and facilitated the acquisition activities between
MercuryMD and the Thomson Corporation that was initiated from my
partner negotiations. Sold the company at approximately 4x revenue
