I've managed my own advanced materials research lab in academia and my

What I did: In addition to my normal duties of sample preparation and use

of the SEM, I became well-known for my PowerPoint presentations and my

ability to interpret and disseminate information from micrographs. I taught

a course on practical SEM theory at Applied Global University in an attempt

to increase the competency of users from across the company. I contributed

and had a great deal of input on the purchasing and installation of

Scanning Electron Microscopes for the Gapfill Division of the Thin Films

Group.
