the cost, schedule, technical, and customer relations aspects of the
Manheim Dealer program at the enterprise level. Leads proposal pursuits,

Wendy's arby's group (Contractor) 2009 - 2010
Successfully led project team in creation of first Wendy's/Arby's Dual
Brand Store (Chamblee-Tucker Road in Atlanta), completed on time and under
budget. Managed all components of the project including Construction,
Operations, Engineering, IT, Marketing and Food Safety from conception to
store opening. Led Executive management through critical path sessions to
produce the project plan. Managed the initiation phase of the Hyperion
Budgeting and Planning Tool implementation project, assuring SOX compliance
