site and started schematic design of 87,000 square foot green retail
facility. Utilizing solar orientation, geo-thermal heat pump system
coupled to drilled wells as well as energy efficient envelope and
lighting systems.
. Goal is to achieve environmentally friendly project with total
annual energy costs of less than $1 per square foot, providing
future tenants the benefits of healthy workplace and lower energy
bills.
o 800 West Commerce Veterinary Clinic: Renovated existing 2,500 square
foot building into Veterinary Clinic. Upgraded wall and roofing
insulation; doors and windows; and plumbing, mechanical and electrical
systems to energy star compliant. Completed construction under budget
and on time with savings to building owner and tenant of over 15%.

o Madison Heights Apartments: Directed replacement of dilapidated
unsuccessful housing project with modern energy efficient facilities
for $50 per square foot in construction cost. Project became the
cornerstone of redevelopment in the 12th Street corridor of Little
Rock.
