* Qualified managed and negotiated relationships with general

Tenant Improvement:
* 25,000sf remodel, remodel existing office space into new location
complete with a 5,000 sft. computer center for Sprint - Westerville,
OH.
* Owner's representative - Duties included - contract management,
management of general contractor and architect, budget analysis,
permit process, RFI's, change orders, scheduling and payments. Total
Project Cost - $5.2 million.
Tenant Improvement:
* 23,500sf remodel, converting existing space into new office location
for Reuters America, downtown Chicago.
* The new space is now their center piece for client meetings and also
incorporated all new standards for all new Hewitt office locations.
. Duties included - managing all efforts between engineers and
architects, contract management, budget management and analysis,
management of subcontractors, permit process, RFI's, change orders,
scheduling and man power. Total Project Cost - $4.5 million.
Tenant Improvement:
* 3,500sf remodel turning old storage and office space into high end
executive suites for the Board of Directors of California Pacific
Medical Group - San Francisco, CA.
* Duties included - managing all efforts between subcontractors,
engineers, architect and owner; determining schedule and necessary
manpower, budget and permitting requirements. Total Project Cost - $5
million.
New Office Build out:
* 37,500sf build out, converting existing space on two separate floors
in a major high rise building in downtown Chicago, for Hewitt
Associates. Challenges included a very difficult floor plan, condensed
schedule and building mgt. logistics.
* Duties included - managing all efforts between engineers, architects
and owner, contract management, budget management and analysis,
management of subcontractors, permit process, RFI's, change orders,
scheduling and man power. Total Project Cost - $4.4 million.
Mission Critical Facility:
* 15,000sf new construction for Hewitt Associates, including brand new
stand alone chiller plant.
* Facility contained UPS and generator back up systems. HVAC systems
comprised of water-cooled chillers and air handling units.
* Each project had a fully automated building management system,
security system, and a FM 200 fire suppression system.
* Owner's Representative - Duties included - managing all efforts
between contractors, engineers, architects and owner, contract
management, budget management and analysis, management of
subcontractors, permit process, RFI's, change orders, scheduling and
man power. Total Project Cost - $20 million.
Mission Critical Facilities:
* Simultaneously managed 5 mission critical facilities in Chicago, IL;
Boston, MA; Portland, OR; Seattle, WA over a 1 1/2 year period.
* Each project was located in the downtown area of each city with and
average square foot of 7,500sf. Each facility contained.
* Owner's Representative - Duties included - managing all efforts
between contractors, engineers, architects and owner, contract
management, budget management and analysis, management of
subcontractors, permit process. Total Project Cost - $25 million.
Specialty Concrete Facility:
* General contractor for a unique facility for the United States Marine
Corps - 29 Palms, CA.
* A specialty developed concrete mix [SACON] allowed the building of two
live fire facilities on the marine base.
* The sites consisted of specialty concrete that was pre-cast in our
facilities, shipped and erected on site in the desert.
* Duties included - managing all efforts between subcontractors,
engineers, government agencies and owner; shipping, accelerated
scheduling, manpower, budget analysis, RFI's and change orders. Total
Project Cost - $8 million.
Residential Remodels and New Construction:
* Simultaneously managed the remodel and new construction of over 20
projects per year through out Northern California.
* Duties included - managing all efforts between contractors, engineers
and architects, determine schedule and necessary manpower, budgets,
permitting requirements, contract management, RFI's, change orders,
scheduling and payments. Total Property Values - $12 million.
* Worked with several cities including: Oakland, Emeryville, San Pablo,
Contra Coat County and many others.
Restaurant Build out:
* 6,600sf build out converting office space for The Melting Pot, a
fondue restaurant located in the Union Square District - San
Francisco, Ca.
* Duties included - managing all efforts between contractors, engineers,
architects and owner, contract management, budget management and
analysis, management of subcontractors, permit process, RFI's, change
orders, scheduling and man power. Total Project Cost - $1.6 million.
