agencies (US-Exim, Hungarian Exim, Belgium OND, Danish EKF, Czech EGAP,
Slovak Eximbanka) for Zorlu Energy’s Ankara and Kayseri Organized Areas 243
MW combined-cycle power plants.
• Won Deal of the Year award by Trade Finance for the financing of Kayseri Power
plant in Turkey in 2005.
• Acquisition of Amity Oil Australia oil & gas exploration and production company
for 37 million US$
• Involved in the tender and investment financing of two city gas distributions
project in Turkey (Thrace & Antep) with an investment amount of 200 million US$.
