Senior Business System Analyst/Salesforce P roject M anager/ERP P roject Manager

Emtec inc. is a large scale Multinational company with its offices all over USA, Canada and

India. They have a strong hold as government contractors for computer hardware with their

current involvement and exceptional growth as service providers. They are also one of the

largest suppliers for some of the big manufacturers such as HP, Cisco and Lenovo.

Salesforce: Emtec has been the Salesforce customer since last one year and have been shifting

their entire Sales and marketing division over to the Salesforce with the current implementation

of PSA, ServiceMax and Surfwriter to upgrade their Resource management, Service

management and pipeline forecasting. Currently working as a Salesforce project manager,

following are my roles:

• Created project plans and budget analysis charts of the web-based projects involving the

inputs of the technical as well as business teams.

• Worked as a lead Business systems analyst in integration of the Salesforce with

company’s existing ERP system.

• Configured Salesforce dashboards and created new reports within Salesforce for the

entire Federal, Commercial and EMT (Emtec Management Team) departments.

• Managing the Business Requirement Document for the entire ERP solution.

HDI (Horizon Data Integrity) project mainly constituted performing data analysis and cleansing

for the recurring incoming bad data on the patient intake and registration level of the revenue

cycle. It involved Ad-hoc report building for senior management portraying the billing charges

and payment posting done by the billing back-office as well as regular communication with the
