. Serves as the division liaison to DHR for hiring processes while
ensuring compliance of all City regulations.
. Prepares monthly matrix for parking enforcement unit providing
production statistics and justifications for increases/decreases.
. Responsible for daily CATA (timekeeping system) transactions,
supervising all division editors, as well as resolving payroll
issues.
. Served as acting Manager of Parking by supervising parking
enforcement staff, addressing production and performance
measurement issues, conducting bi-weekly staff meetings, creating
