Engineer. Responsibilities include overseeing PSM process piping, pressure
vessels, Pressure Relief Valves, steam traps.
Work with a Preventive Maintenance crew to find and resolve issues.
Implement safety methods in accordance with OSHA requirement to
significantly reduce workers' exposure to physical and chemical
hazards.
Conduct failure analysis and troubleshoot for fixed equipment
(Pressure Vessels, USTs and ASTs, Metallic piping, FRP piping, Dual
Laminate piping).
Work with Maintenance superintendent, production engineers and
implement MOC changes.
Ensure equipment overall reliability and make continuous improvement.

Pressure Turbine Forward Outer Seal, failure investigation of TF39 High
