Human Resource and Payroll including but not limited to scheduling,
attendance records, time cards, and levies. Assisted with training
techniques and emphasized procedures. Solely handled after hours on
call for customer emergencies and staffing. A/R, daily intake of mail,
daily deposits and bank runs, handled petty cash, posted payments to
proper accounts, aging and collections. Daily customer service
following up on rates and services, preparing customer subscriber
agreements via fax, email, and walk-in customers. Billing/Data Entry
preparing data using CSV format and spreadsheets, reconciled invoices,
reconciled credit card charge backs, merchant services and credit card
terminal, establishing databases for billing, account activity and
mail merges; invoicing via websites and uploading images, scanning
documents using Adobe. Entering client data into Startel platform,
assisting IT related issues not limited to networking, installing new
software at work stations, handled all service related issues that
involved interruptions with T1's and PRI's. Composed correspondence
for potential customers and current clients, maintained supervisors
schedule for meetings, etc. Held department meetings taking minuets
and distributing meeting material. Attended out of state business
conference representing the company and small claims actions.
Experience in the medical field answering phones, setting appointments
and handling patient's questions and/or complaints. Also worked with
outside programmers to upgrade and problem solve various development
issues.
Total involvement with all aspects of customer service including, but not
limited to: resolving discrepancies, answering client questions,
