IT Program Delivery Manager,

Responsible for the formation of a Tri-State consulting practice. This

group focuses on consulting and advisory services, architecture solutions

strategic planning, software evaluation and project management. Key clients

include UBS, IBM, NYMEX, Cendant and SVCMC.

> For a major global Investment Bank program managed the acquisition of a

competitor business units and integration to in-house Treasury and ERP

systems. Establish scope document s, developed project plans and managed

applications development, and user acceptance. For the same client lead a

company wide IT infrastructure initiative to reduce the footprints in

major corporate datacenters. Established partnerships with IT and LOB's

(Equities, FI, Wealth Management and IB) by analyzing existing inventory,

data centers through technical refresh, decommissioning, and

> For a major client establish the Data Governance Program. Working with

Managed Deutsche Bank's Corporate Systems Group. Based in New York the

project team consists of 30 plus employees and consultants supporting

regional offices in North and South Americas and Organizational Hubs

Worldwide. Reporting to the regional CIO ensured that policies and

procedures were followed across the region. Managed America's day-to-day

technology group supporting ERP PeopleSoft, Benefits, Compensation

Compliance and Regulatory Systems.

> Managed America's Systems development technology group which supported

PeopleSoft ERP, Benefits, Compensation and Payroll Services. Led the

implementation upgrade to the latest release of PeopleSoft ERP for North

and South America. Establish and maintain BCP and disaster recovery plan
