Global Manufacturing Manager Fisher Controls - Marshalltown, Iowa (2002 to
2008)
Planned and implemented strategic and tactical manufacturing and cost
containment projects with multiple domestic and international plants.
Resource and mentor for international manufacturing/production staffs.
. New product introduction in China, Malaysia, Hungary, United Arab
Emirates, Russia, Brazil and U.S.; average 90% on time, on 20,000-
25,000 unit sales, and 30% reduction in cost. Lead time reduced from

design-to-order product line when it was relocated to a new facility.

development, operations, and sales of two locations with combined sales of
$5 million dollars.
