Duties - when received sick calls from teachers early in the A.M. Or
any reason teacher could not be there had to find substitute teachers
for ALL the entire largest school district - ALL elementary schools,
middle schools, high schools -, was manual index card system, called
substitute teachers early in a.m. to fill in. I designed a program,
centralized the substitute system, by putting everything on computer -
made it much easier. Worked independently, no supervision, 4 months
into school year they hired a person to help me. Received award for
outstanding performance. High pressure, fun.

Director of Music, responsible for music dept. budget, ordering,
expenditures, music selection,, choir members, directed adult choir,
children's bell choir, oversaw 5 choirs, church organist, accompanists,
music each Sunday, special music, Easter / Christmas cantatas.
Self-employed - present - singing and entertaining in Veterans
State Home, Amer. Legions, lounges, restaurants, Veterans organizations
and events, even sang for Desert Storm Support Our Troop Rally in CO for
5,000 people as lead microphone -tape sent overseas to servicemen/ women.

front desk, dictation / legal secretarial / paralegal work for J.
Springer, Esq, & a law clerk, answered phone bank, customer service,
handled large sums of money - $10,000.00 would take it to the bank,
answered mail/ typed letters, did para legal research for all of
them, wrote briefs, other legal documents, set the docket, set
depositions, talked with courts, accounting. Took dictation, buffered
phone calls for both attys, also from pushy clients as receiptionist.
