Developed, staffed, and implemented a full service Recruiting
function resulting in greater levels of customer service as
well as a substantially reduced time to fill.
Drove recruiting performance to an average time to fill of
less than 43 days in an environment averaging 300-500 hires
annually.
Documented, re-engineered, and gained organization approval
for recruiting resources in support of our EMEA operations.
Developed and delivered the organization's first Staffing
Vendor RFP resulting in a "Preferred Vendor" list. This
process created greater alignment of vendors to organizational
needs and attributes resulting in lower submittal to hire
ratios as well as greater levels of contingent worker
conversions to direct employees.

calendar year. Oversight resulted in managing 86% of all HR

Developed and assumed a full cycle recruiting and hiring
process for all incoming Assemblers, allowing managers to be
removed from the entire process. This process included resume
reviews, phone screens, in-person interviews, hiring selection
and shift/line assignments. Resulted in an average
productivity cost savings in excess of $100,000 annually.
Developed and delivered multiple trainings
Acted as spokes person on behalf of CaridianBCT and the
Colorado Biosciences Association (Featured on 9 News Morning
Spotlight 2009 and 2010).
Developed promotional video on behalf of CaridianBCT and in
concert with the Jefferson County Workforce Center in support
of the BETR initiative - focused on educating students
entering the workforce within Jefferson County as to available
