1998 - 2010: Owner and Pres. of Wainwright Const & Roofing. Responsibilities include

management of all phases of const. Extensive knowledge in blueprint reading, estimating and

purchasing. Successful completion of hundreds of jobs close to 70 mil. in contract volume.

2004 - 2008: Owner and Builder of Suwannee Health & Fitness, Management of both const.

and fitness center, to include installation of commercial swimming pool, pervious concrete parking

lot over see all phases of const. and running gym.

2001 - 2007: Owner & Developer of Deer Lake Estates, Eagles Pointe, Royal Pointe.

Management in all phases of const. to include sitework, underground utilities, road const,

paving, gated entry way site built custom homes, code requirements DOT classifications,

knowledge in OSHA safety standards and implementation of safety on all projects.

1994 - 1998: Employer Watkins Engineering positions held started as form carpenter,

foreman, genaral foreman, and Superintendent of heavy industrial projects, to include major form

work, steel reinforcements, placement of concrete, all sitework, planning, estimating, supervision

of employees, and hiring, maintaining all safety procedures.

1990 -- 1994: Employer Golden Isle Const. Responsibilities included general management

superintendent of residential homes, both new const. and remodeling, and installing swimming pools both

fiberglass and concrete

1996 - 1990: Employer Dunn Const. Positions held, carpenter, foreman, and Superintendent

of commercial const. To include schools, Marriots Hotels, responsibilities included extensive knowledge

of plan reading, sitework, building of all phases from permitting thru warranty period management of total

job.

1982 - 1986: US Navy A and C school as jet mechanic. US Navy Wrestling Team 4 yrs, 4 yrs

medaling at Interservice, 4 yr placer in nationals, and winning national, Olympic Trials 1984, 1985 USA

world team silver medal. 1986 US world team bronze metal, honorable discharge as E-5.

1982: Graduated Suwannee High School, class pres 1978 - 1982, graduated with honors, top 10%

of class, Hall of Fame, best all around graduating class, state champion wrestling team, 1982,Jr world

wrestling team 1980 gold medal winner.
