staff of 11 direct & indirect reports constructing a new $925,000,000 /

740,000 SF state of the art hospital, central plant and 56 acre site in

Escondido California.

. Established organizational structure and specific responsibilities for

the Ownership group.

. Managed direct contracts with Architect, not at risk Construction

Manager, 75 Trade Contractors.

. Owner liaison for the project with OSHPD establishing acceptable Special

Seismic Certifications protocols for the facility.

. Established process to track and provide monthly budgetary reconciliation

and risk assessments for the project.

. Project owner representative and adviser to Palomar's internal legal &

financial departments to properly manage Polomar's contractual risks.

. Managed reviewed and had signing authority for pay applications and

contract change orders.
