Educational background focused on design and analysis of structures and
structural elements built from steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, and
timber. Final Senior Design project required complete structural design of
a two-story office/retail building.

Orbital Engineering, Inc. - March, 2009 - Present
Structural Engineer, Civil/Structural Department
- Structural Engineer for clients in power generation, steel making,
petroleum refining, chemical processing, pipeline distribution and heavy
industrial manufacturing.
- Perform complete analysis of structures for static and dynamic forces
based upon pertinent design methodologies, governing building codes, and
industry standards.
- Perform detailed visual inspections on existing structures used in
heavy industrial manufacturing facilities to assess overall condition and
code compliance.
- Engineer rehabilitative repairs to reinstate structural integrity of
existing structures in deteriorated condition.
- Provide continuous field support to projects during construction
phase.

- Promoted to Structual Engineer II position from Structural Engineer,
Distributor Channel.
- Responsible for complete structural engineering and detailing of
multi-million dollar material handling structures for direct sale customers
throughout North & Central America, Europe, and Asia.
- Prepare cost estimates and bills of material based on customer,
consultant, or internally prepared bid specifications and drawings.

calculations and drawings for permitting and erection.
