Responsibilities: Designed, wrote online help for a SaaS
enterprise application supporting large-scale commercial growers
and agriculture service providers. Wrote proposal sections in
response to RFP's.
Achievements: Successfully applied Info Mapping techniques to
simplify highly technical content for for field "scouting"
personnel with extremely limited computer skills. Substantially
reduced the amount of text content by incorporating diagrams,
GPS-based plot maps in the help tool; created a PDA version of
the online help.

Achievements: Created "swim lane" (process flow) diagrams to
replace excessive text content. Used Info Mapping techniques to
enhance usability by non-native English speakers at overseas
facilities.
