Performed on-site direction of commercial construction project. I directed

construction of a two-story classroom building addition, two-story parking

garage addition, and balcony addition in the existing church sanctuary for

the Palestine Missionary Baptist Church, Kansas City, MO., at an

approximate cost of $3.5-million. Responsible for direction of company

employees, specialized subcontractors, scheduling, project finances and

coordination of project materials. Worked directly with the owner,

architects and engineers toward successful completion of this project.

Meyer Brothers Building Co. (MBBC), Blue Springs, MO

Planned, coordinated, scheduled and supervised daily operations as general

contractor of site development and construction of commercial design-build

projects. AT MBBC, projects are managed from the field rather than an

office, providing more timely solutions during construction. MBBC self

performs construction of foundations, footings, and cast-on-site tilt-up

wall construction. Responsible for all fiscal and performance functions

of commercial construction projects.

equipment and resources.

Projects:

Completed October, 2001 - Lunar Bowl Recreation Center, Blue Springs, MO -

Directed site development and construction of a 40,000 s.f., $3-million

design-build Recreation Center, with 32 lanes of bowling, offices and

meeting space, game room, maintenance facility, and a full-service lounge

and restaurant. Tilt-up wall construction with pre-engineered frame and

roof system. Completed approx. 3% under budget.

Completed August, 2002 - The Shops at Eastland Center, Independence, MO -

Directed site development and construction of a design-build 20,000 s.f.

retail center at an approximate cost of $1.6 million. Tilt-up wall

construction with inlaid thin-brick fa ade, with structural steel framing

and bar joist roof system. Directed tenant finish of bank and retail

tenants. Completed on-time and approx. 4% under budget.

Civil/Structural Superintendent, 1 yr, 7 mo.

Dunn Industrial Group, Kansas City, MO

Project: LaFarge Sugar Creek Cement Production Facility, Sugar Creek, MO

Scheduled and directed construction of all site development, foundation and

building construction, and steel erection, of all commercial and industrial

buildings of an $86-million design-build project. Facility was new

construction of all buildings and installation of equipment to produce

cement from raw materials mined on site. Directly responsible for

management of tradesmen and subcontractors, and procurement and scheduling

of materials and equipment. Also QA/QC manager for the project,

coordinating the testing and approval of a variety of construction

materials and methods.

Specific duties included:

. Manage and coordinate personnel and distribution of resources.

. Develop and maintain schedules for efficient flow of the project.

. Communicate and coordinate with owners, architects and engineers for

timely and successful completion of the project.

. Track and approve expenses to meet strict budget requirements.

Consulting Engineers)

Coordinated the construction of a variety of transportation, storm

drainage, environmental and site development projects. Involved during
