Project Abstract:

Credit-Suisse Alternative Investments (CS-AI) includes two major modules called Investor On-boarding

and Contact Information Update. The Investor On-Boarding process begins when a prospective investor

decides to invest by mailing Subscription and other supporting documentation to the funds outside

counsel for review. Concurrent with its own review, outside counsel will scan these documents to create

digital images in PDF format, which are routed via email to the Investor On-Boarding group. At the same

time, the investor subscription is under review by outside counsel; the Investor On-Boarding group begins

its own due diligence in preparation for document delivery to Client ID (CID) and workflow management.

The Investor On-Boarding group establishes a record in Share Point to track, in explicit detail, all events

related to fulfillment of the On-Boarding process. All supporting documentation is attached to the issue in

Share Point.

Responsibilities:

Project Abstract:

Farmers Insurance is one of the largest and most respected insurance brands in the United States. It

leads the industry in insuring specialty products it has grown to be a leading provider of liability and

physical damage insurance - focusing exclusively on private passenger vehicles across the United States.

Farmers further enhance the scope of the existing application by replacing the FNOL application built on

Siebel with the Pega application. Pega application minimizes required knowledge of underlying claims

systems, flexible enough to quickly add/change business units and companies and utilizes a standard

process flow for all lines of business

This project is to provide an intuitive, interactive First Notice of Loss (FNOL) application that allows the

Customer Service Associates (CSAs) to streamline the FNOL process while obtaining more accurate and

relevant facts for the loss report. the application would direct the FNOL, based on the policy details, to the

appropriate Claims Processing application the focus will be on the integration with Farmers Insurance

claims processing systems (CRN).

The application will use scripting through a logical set of questions for the loss being reported. Answers to

the questions will determine the next appropriate question to display to the end user through the use of

Business Rules. Additionally, the answers to the questions will drive the system actions such as which

units should be created, how to assign the units, and when to launch specific vendor programs.

I have involved with the End to end integration testing of FNOL pega application.

• Follow review process for base lining test cases.

• Hot Fixes: Developing fixes to bugs raised by customer on 5x PRPC versions.

Project abstract:

This project helps to share the policyholder information and claim payment information between the

branches of different states. QBE Quick Claim will submit the claim information and gets the policyholder

information such as co-pay and coinsurance. Then it calculates the amount to be paid. Once the

calculation completed, it sends the information to the payment system, which in turn sends the payment

using Agile methodology.

Responsibilities:

• Interacted with Users, Developers, Project Manager to understand the business process,

identify enhancements and gather Business Requirements.

• Used CPM (I) tool Pega RULES Process Commander for development purpose.

• Written activities to integrate CPM application with basic PRPC application.

collected about their performance, energy sources and drive systems. Based on this survey, a drive

system suitable for a Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) will be designed and simulated. It uses latest
