like to call your attention to my thirty-one years of experience with a
strong emphasis on project managing and estimating. When working with MGC
Construction we contracted with many JOC contractors at Fort Lewis and
McCord.
I have just finished working in Galveston Texas after Hurricane Ike.
I am an achiever and self starter with over thirty-one years of
experience as a highly successful general contractor and administer. I am
comfortable working with tools or negotiating with bankers. I have
estimated and built over sixty projects, developed six commercial
properties. I have managed my own office, with a staff of five, twenty
carpenters and labors. In Galveston, Texas I worked on many small projects
with only myself and a labor. I have always set high standards and
consistently achieved my goals.
I am looking for a position as a project manager with a well run
Construction Company. I am able to travel to projects.
