Responsible for all financial functions including accounting,

strategic planning, financial planning, financial reporting, cash

management, reporting, plus responsibilities for Contracts, Customer

Service and Pricing. Had dotted line responsibilities for Accounting

and Finance oversight for 2 other divisions in Colorado and the UK

. Reduced day's receivables outstanding from 54 days in 2003 to 42

days currently, improving cash flow.

. Reduced monthly close from 10 days to 4 days

diligence activities in the sale of Ontic Engineering to BBA

. Replaced aged and inadequate 401(k) with a Safe Harbor 401(k) plan

Aerospace) with revenues of $4.4B

VP Finance 1997 - 2003

Responsible for all financial functions including accounting,

strategic planning, financial planning, pricing, financial reporting,

cash management, reporting, IT business systems, including MRP and

Network platforms plus engineering applications, with a staff of 18

and a budget of $2.3M.

. Facilitated a strategic roadmap for company growth, focusing on

core competencies and targeting specific growth market segments,

that has lead to an average annual growth rate of 15% for the past

5 years.

. Guided Strategic Planning at Actuation Systems, so that engineering

and marketing began to target new, specific applications and

customers to penetrate those markets segments, which has yielded an

additional $5M of revenue.

. Extracted data to support measurement of new product line assembly

cell and established metrics to assist in evaluating performance,

which led to a reduction of inventory levels by $275K.

. Established computer assisted methods to make progress payments for

operating cash flow by $500K per year.

Management Letter issued from Pricewaterhouse Coopers for the

fiscal year ending July 2002.

. Restored credibility with vendors by making prompt and accurate

payments, which reduced COD transactions and improved Purchasing's
