PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
GENERAL MANAGER iNEK Technologies Overland Park, KS November 2006 to
Present
Duties and Accomplishments: Primary function as the General Manager
essentially responsible for Contract compliance between iNEK and
contracting vendors/clients in order to place our IT consultants on off-
site projects. Responsibility includes daily negotiation and review
contract and purchase order agreements that often-times include regular
discussion and negotiation in regard to pay terms, non-solicitation/non-
compete clauses; as well as termination clauses. Review, negotiate and
sign off on these agreements for compliance in order to maintain the best
professional interest of iNEK and our consultants. Within 3 months after
hire, I was promoted from Office Administrator to Operations Manager
position. In October 2009 I was laterally promoted from Operations Manager
to General Manager.

school students to the career college by conducting interactive workshop
presentations within the high schools and in turn, meeting with the
prospective student and their family to enroll them within a specified
program. Assigned to predominantly rural territory within
northern/northwestern Missouri up to the state line for recruitment;
consisting of large drive time, persistence and patience to pursue leads
within assigned territory. Prior to my assignment there was not a
representative in my territory, I determined and with agreement from my
supervisor that there is not a large enough market interested in the
programs that HTI offers. It was agreed that there was not a need for a
representative in this assigned territory.
LEARNING FOR LIFE/EXPLORING EXECUTIVE Heart of America Council KC, MO
September 2005 - August 2006 Duties and Accomplishments: Perform as a
Learning for Life/Exploring Executive assigned council-wide responsibility
to start and maintain Explorer Posts and Learning for Life groups. Renewed
all LFL groups by re-charter deadline within first two weeks of employment
with organization resulting in 100% LFL renewal. Responsible for raising
dollars, with the assistance of community vendors supporting the
LFL/Exploring program; for the annual Friends of Scouting campaign.

the participating Explorers.

Homeland Secured Data Network program for the Department of Homeland

October 2002 - August 2004 Duties and Accomplishments: Supervisory
responsibility for managing a staff of up to eight receptionists on 6-line
multi-line phone system. Developed and conducted training to new
receptionists on coverage of multi-line telephone system and proper
procedures for greeting customers such as voice dictation, courteousness
and professionalism. Edited and updated the Receptionist Services Manual
that is used for training new hires and also as a reference tool.

July 2002 - October 2002 Duties and Accomplishments: Responsible for
handling inquiries made by providers in regards to patient insurance
coverage. Main duty was to provide accurate information to the provider as
to eligible medical services under the patient's insurance coverage. Each
phone call has to be documented and recorded verbatim under BCBSKS policy
and using the BCBSKS documenting and file/claims retrieval program.
PRE-LEGAL ADMIN ASSISTANT Berlin-Wheeler, INC. TOPEKA, KANSAS
July 1997 - January 2002 Duties and Accomplishments: Managed and tracked
the receipt of court cost received from clients for litigation procedures.
Primary responsibility was to prepare collection accounts recommended for
litigation in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and
Accountability Act (HIPPA). Working knowledge of the Fair Debt
Collections Act. Managed and coordinated all phases of the document
management process to move an account to the litigation phase. Generated
and mailed consent forms to agency clients to secure their approval for the
move to litigation. Tracked receipt of the return of required forms with
