A privately held business where I leveraged my management

and IT experience align systems, infrastructure and business

applications. Hands-on responsibility for all aspects of IT.

Designed, implemented and supported a secure network

including; Microsoft Server 2003, Exchange 2000, Microsoft ISA,

Sharepoint services, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Cisco 800 routers

and Cisco 3500XL switches, VPN, Wireless Connectivity, Norton

antivirus, Lucent IP Office 500, VOIP, Go Global remote access,

Responsible for all technical infrastructures including hardware,

software, operating systems, voice and data networks, databases,

and security. Supervised a team of 9 with a $3million operating

budget. Performed as senior technical lead, network engineer, and

chief architect providing implementation and design oversight for

all technologies.

Cultivated, Designed, Implemented, and Support

infrastructure from a 50 node flat 10mbs shared Ethernet network

with 3 servers to a 100/1000mbs 4000 node enterprise-level VLAN

segmented switched Ethernet and fiber backbone network with

failover, DMZ and Development segment. Designed physical wiring

plant serving 4000 end points, IDF's, MDF, using Cat5E and Fiber
