Production Supervisor Assembly/Warehouse Logistics- est.: 5 years
Responsibilities included the safety of 44 employees, pre
shift meetings with all technicians for safety awareness, directional
guidance and their continuous training. Data collection of every
aspect of production, safety, efficiency, cost and cost reduction,
delivery, linearity, DFT, flow management, ISO-9001-2000, attendance,
payroll through (E-time), disciplinary measures, CCP, TPM, 5's, kaizen
and their small group organization and ergonomic improvements. I
attended regular daily meetings with area general supervisor and
manager to discuss and provided documentation (spread sheets, power
points, charts and graphs) of all previously mentioned duties when
necessary. Also redeveloped the line TAKT spread sheet to be more
efficient and user friendly while at all times projecting a safe and
positive work environment for all personnel.
Supervisor - Warehouse Logistics
Responsibilities included the safety of up to 16
employees, pre-shift meetings for directional guidance, training, data
collection related to logistics processes, equipment used,
inventory...etc., also logistical programs such as SAP for tracing and
tracking of parts and equipment. Tracking and implementation of
improvements and efficiencies.
Lead Technician - Plate Processing - est.: 7 years
Responsibilities included the safety and directional
organization of
Employees, quality control of all materials processed on my direct
shift. Training on all operations for the technicians that included
cranes, forklifts, and magnetic lifting devices. TPM's of all machines
and equipment -Total Preventive Maintenance. Area Safety
Representative in this department and was a member of the ergonomics
team.
Plate Processing Technician - est.: 1 year
Responsibilities included operation of a laser cutting table,
plasma cutting table, oxy-fuel cutting table, vertical roll machine,
hydraulic press 50,000 lb.and a bevel cutting track torch. All
equipment was CNC oriented and was responsible for editing of programs
and efficient in every operation.
Assembly Technician - est.: 2 years
Responsibilities included, movement of materials by use of
Cranes, forklifts, manual forklifts...etc., safety of work, procedures
and quality control of all assembled parts and weldments also the TPM
of all equipment and the settings and calibrations of torque devices.
Responsible for the creation of a pin driving device which made the
operation more ergonomically sound and served as the area safety
representative. Applied and was awarded position in newly created

Crew Leader:
Responsibilities included morning meeting to stress importance
of job safety and possible job hazards, Blue print reading, instruct
the job requirements and assist in the start through completion of
building erections and any fabrications. I was also responsible for
the problem solving and on time decision making thru the entire job.
Equipment operations included large forklifts, cranes or boom trucks
and sky tracks along with any welding needs required. Responsible also
for company provided vehicle to assist in maintaining all tools and
equipment.

Responsibilities included blue print reading for layouts,
welding and fitting of all parts required per specific codes per
operations and state regulations. Passed weld certifications for 5
different states. Also operation of many large overhead cranes and
various rigging equipment. Daily equipment and tool safety inspection
and was efficient in all jobs stated (layout and blue print reading,
welding, Fitting and fabrication).
