troubleshoot the installation issues in Windows Vista environment.

. Designed and implemented the new VB.net Service Desk Module that creates

tickets, tracks approval workflow, monitors resources, etc.

. Designed and implemented a VB.NET account importing application to

perform intelligent and efficient field filtering, mapping, validation,

and duplicate checking. The application is currently used by over 1,200

companies.

flow among SIS's in school districts.

. Created and optimized an algorithm for CESS based on dozens of

influential factors. The algorithm calculates the enrollment and
