Background : The client has a global supply chain system that uses APO and

PP for planning. I worked as a global APO support for tickets

and enhancements and rollout projects for China.

Foods Philippines

Key Role : APO DP and Master Data

Background : The client will be rolling out the APO DP solution from

business standard process

Duration : January 2013 to October 2013

Project : SCM APO DP 7.0 Implementation - JG Summit Holdings, Inc.

Key Role : APO DP and BW

Background : The Company would upgrade APO lower version 4.1 to 7.0 with

re-implementation on the current DP solution. The re-

implementation will cover the whole DP configuration from the

interface connections of source systems to APO BW and

configurations of APO up to release of demand plan to APO SNP.

Background : In order to move from current to future state we will have to

run a GBS project covering necessary configurations and non

negative impact testing between APO DP and other systems.

In result:

*Demand planners that own PGP will be able to use APO DP to

generate the statistical forecast for shipment on retail

SKUs across Western Europe countries for PGP customers.

*Automated and integrated reporting separately for Retail

and CPG will be possible in S1 Demand Planning Cubes

leading to improved accuracy.

Technical Details

. Sell CPG and Retail products to PGP Customers

. Add dedicated Sales Organization for the PGP so that shipment credit

can be assigned to PGP profit center

. Keep market planners forecasting CPG products for all customers and

add 1 central planner that will take over the forecast of retail

products for PGP customers in WE

. F&HC PGP profit center business will have to continue to be forecasted

in their current PAs.

. Planners will maintain the selection to split the retail codes into

PGP customer sales and retail customers sales based on the DFU (and

CPG indicator),

. Forecast will be maintained in the existing PAs. Forecast separation

into retail and PGP will be done with the use of CPG indicator flag.

. Statistical forecasting for PGP will be applied,

. Existing profit centers for WE PGP will be used

. S1 Shipments Reporting will distinguish shipments based on PGP sales

organization (to be created with the CSO wave 2 cutting over in

Apr'11)

. In S1 Demand Planning, shipments will be split based on the profit

center into Retail (retail products sold to retails customers) and CPG

(retail products sold to PGP customers and CPG products sold to all

customers),

. PGP products shipments to be sent from S1in CPG file (no development

needed as products having shipments assigned to the WE PGP profit

centers go to the CPG file, only)
