The primary responsibility of the Loss Mitigation Solicitor is to contact
borrowers that are in foreclosure to educate them on options available to
resolve their delinquency. Some daily duties include, but are not limited

. To obtain information sufficient to review special servicing options,
and to make proper recommendations
. Initiate contact with customers who have defaulted on their mortgages
. Respond to customer inquiries regarding mortgage defaults and loss
mitigation options.
