. Done the takeoff of all the weights to be lifted on site and prepared a
lift schedule and lift sequence to lift over 30 million pounds of
assembled steel.
. Gave recommended crane sizing and matting areas needed to project
management team for all cranes needed for assembly of PJFF and SDA.
. Designed rolling block lifts to reduce hazards and decrease manpower and
man-hours needed to install sections of equipment.
. Designed lifting lugs for proof testing that could handle over 200,000
lbs each to improve on the safety factor during all lifts of sections.
